If you are dissatisfied with one or more items purchased on missardimens.com, you can easily initiate a return by emailing us at service@missardimens.com. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, and we will always strive to provide the best possible solution.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after the 30-day period has passed. To request a refund, please email your complaint to service@missardimens.com and our dedicated customer service team will assist you promptly. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will automatically be charged to your original payment method or credit card within a specified number of days.

How to contact us:
For assistance, please email us at service@missardimens.com, detailing the issue you're experiencing. Please include the reason for the return or exchange, along with the order number and product name. If you received an item that is defective, incorrect, or does not comply with the instructions, please attach a clear image or video demonstrating the issue. Please ensure the image is no larger than 2 MB. Please use English.
Our solutions:
1. Missardimens' Responsibility
· If we are responsible for the issue, we will allow the item to be returned to our warehouse for a refund and/or exchange.
· Once we receive the item, we will offer a refund or resend a free replacement at our expense.
2. Customer Responsibility
· If the customer ordered the wrong size or product, or simply wishes to exchange the item, we can also allow returns.
· Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
WARRANTY NOTES
Our guarantee does not apply to products listed in the following categories: swimwear, lingerie, earrings, and sale items, provided Missardimens has not made a mistake. If Missardimens has made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Please return unused items within 30 days of receiving the items. All returned items must be brand new, unused/worn, unwashed, with all original tags and original packaging intact.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If your package tracking indicates "returned to sender" or "undelivered," please contact us for pickup/reshipment options. We offer cancellations for these orders with a $7 cancellation fee only if the package is returned to sender rather than delivered in error. Of course, if this error is corrected before shipping, no fee will be charged (check your address carefully!).
COMPENSATION TIME
For returned or exchanged items, it will take 3-6 business days from receipt of the items to process the solution.
After this period, refund times are as follows:
PayPal refunds: up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days

If the return is caused by the consumer, shipping costs will be borne by the consumer. The specific amount will depend on the express courier chosen. If, for our own reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to pay shipping costs for this reason. Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product.
